This rule is available as of Dart 2.0.

This rule has a quick fix available.

DON'T create a lambda when a tear-off will do.

BAD:

names.forEach((name) {
  print(name);
});

GOOD:

names.forEach(print);

To enable the unnecessary_lambdas rule, add unnecessary_lambdas under linter > rules in your analysis_options.yaml file:

    - unnecessary_lambdas
